Colette Jane Fehr

Colette Jane Fehr is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor, Author, and Speaker. She's certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the gold standard in evidence-based treatment for couples, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trauma therapy. She received her undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA and completed her graduate work at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. A native New Yorker living in Orlando Florida, she’s maintained a successful private practice specializing in couples therapy for more than a decade. She has also served as past President of the Central Florida Association for Marriage & Family Therapists. Colette’s career is dedicated toward helping people improve communication and create more securely attached, connected relationships. Her new book for women on relationship communication will be published by Penguin Random House in 2025.

Laura Bowman

Laura Bowman is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Life Coach, and IIN Certified Health Coach. Her practice specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders using behavioral modalities and IFS (Internal Family Systems). She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Women’s Studies, and her graduate counseling degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. She has run a private practice centered on individual clients for the last 12 years. She is interested in the overlap between mental and physical wellness and believes that they are inextricably connected. Helping individuals reduce anxiety, reclaim their health, and activate to higher levels of awareness and functioning is her focus. Laura lives in Winter Park with her husband and 3 children. She spends her free time running, reading, listening to podcasts, cooking, spending time with her good friends, family, and her dachshund Charlie.
